Service Description

We use a 30 degree wash service as standard. Please note any other preferred wash temperature will need to be ensured by yourself that the clothing provided is suited to be washed in that temperature.

Cancellation Policy

One-off cleaning services will need the Booking fee paid in full before we can confirm the booking. Once booked and then cancelled the deposit is on-refundable. We can however re-schedule the booking for you. Re-occurring visits can also be cancelled or re-scheduled but please note that numerous cancelations or re-scheduling may cause issues to our calendar which can result in not being able to provide services for that property. For Meet. Greet & Quote appointments we advise out of courtesy to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
