Service Description

We can always give you a quote over the phone but as we all know that quoting without seeing the task in hand can at times be in-accurate. We here at MK4Cleaners want all our services and quotes to be transparent with no hidden surprises. Our dedicated team member(s) can arrange a meet and greet just to have a look around the area(s) in question and give you an accurate quote so you are prepared along with the cleaners being prepared for the work in hand. We can discuss multiple services which we provide and even advise on certain topics relating to the services needed. We do not want to charge you more than you need and we do not want to take up your time more than necessary :) Best of all..... Free of charge! We come to you after arranging a suitable time / date.

Cancellation Policy

One-off cleaning services will need the Booking fee paid in full before we can confirm the booking. Once booked and then cancelled the deposit is on-refundable. We can however re-schedule the booking for you. Re-occurring visits can also be cancelled or re-scheduled but please note that numerous cancelations or re-scheduling may cause issues to our calendar which can result in not being able to provide services for that property. For Meet. Greet & Quote appointments we advise out of courtesy to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
