Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Service

Service Description

Wash, dry and polishing all surfaces. Dusting in all reachable areas, vacuuming and mopping all available floor-space. Oven externally deep cleaned, Hood and filter cleaning. Mould and stain removal (some removals require up to 24 hours to leave alone depending on detergent used. If this is the case we will be sure to come back the following day to remove/clean what is needed). Carpets / Rugs / Fabric sofas and Beds cleaned. Skirting boards and window ledges / sides wiped down. Windows cleaned internally. Bathroom, toilets, sink basins, taps, shower heads and visible pipes cleaned. Additional Extras; Deep Oven Internal Clean (From £40) Deep Carpet / Rug / Fabric Furniture Clean (From £40) Deep Fridge / Freezer Clean (From £20) External Window Clean (From £20) We aim to have the property cleaned up to the standard for a landlords approval.

Cancellation Policy

One-off cleaning services will need the Booking fee paid in full before we can confirm the booking. Once booked and then cancelled the deposit is on-refundable. We can however re-schedule the booking for you. Re-occurring visits can also be cancelled or re-scheduled but please note that numerous cancelations or re-scheduling may cause issues to our calendar which can result in not being able to provide services for that property.
