Service Description

>General Clean (Hoovering, dusting, wood and glass polishing for all accessible and reachable areas) >Deep Clean Exterior sides of cabinets, cupboards, wardrobes, draws, carpets / furniture and appliances. Stain removals, Windows and glass door(s) cleaning. Toilets, Bathrooms & Kitchen included. **This particular service is on a 1-off basis where we will provide a 6 hours session. Booking fee is £30 which is non-refundable and then the service fee would start from £13 per hour for a general clean or £18 per hour for deep cleaning up to 6 hours on the day selected. Deep cleaning large appliances such as Ovens, Fridges etc will have a separate fee and should be confirmed before service commences**

Cancellation Policy

One-off cleaning services will need the Booking fee paid in full before we can confirm the booking. Once booked and then cancelled the deposit is on-refundable. We can however re-schedule the booking for you. Re-occurring visits can also be cancelled or re-scheduled but please note that numerous cancelations or re-scheduling may cause issues to our calendar which can result in not being able to provide services for that property. For Meet. Greet & Quote appointments we advise out of courtesy to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
